某企業の本社ビル計画
都心部にありながら良好な眺望に恵まれた敷地でそのポテンシャルを最大限に活かした計画が求められた。
周辺には超高層ビルも立ち並ぶエリアで眺望・日影・昼光利用・日射負荷・自然通風の可能性を探り
あらゆる角度から敷地・オフィス床のポテンシャルを分析した。
眺望：敷地の状況から150mを基準とした視線の抜け、海・空への視線が確保できるエリアを確認した。
Views: the site conditions identified an area where sight lines can be maintained based on 150 m and sight lines to the sea and sky.
日影：周辺の超高層ビルからの影の落ち方を確認した。
Shadows: shadow cast from surrounding skyscrapers was checked.
昼光利用：昼光のみで十分な机上照度が獲得できるエリア、グレアのポテンシャルを持つエリアを確認した。
Daylight use: areas where sufficient desk illumination can be achieved by daylight alone and areas with glare potential were identified.
日射負荷：年間の積算日射量から外壁各面への日射負荷を確認した。
Solar radiation load: the solar radiation load on each surface of the external wall was checked based on the total annual solar radiation.
自然通風：各条件から自然通風利用可能時間を確認し、対象期間の卓越風を確認した。
Natural ventilation: the time of natural ventilation availability was identified from each condition and the prevailing winds during the period under study.
